We won’t solve the climate crisis alone. Only together.
Climate scientist Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson developed a simple framework for finding your place in the climate movement – three circles; your superpower lives where they overlap:

Even 10 percent of your time helps – and imagine if almost everyone did that. No one has to be perfect, as long as you contribute in your own way. Build a climate squad: several people, different superpowers, one mission.
“Everyone counts in the fight for our future.”
Trust yourself more – the insecurity is not yours, it was taught. Build networks of women who push each other forward, claim opportunities even when in doubt, and support other women's success. Empowered women empower women.
Recognize your privilege, then use it: mentor and sponsor women, refuse all-male panels, call out sexism when you hear it, and put money and influence behind climate solutions instead of the status quo. Gender-diversity initiatives work far better when men actively participate.
Make room for female and young leadership – structurally, not symbolically. Move investments out of fossil and into the transition. And integrate gender equality into climate plans from day one: inclusive climate action is more effective climate action.
Individual behavior matters, but it will not "save" the climate on its own. The biggest gains come from structural change: where public money flows, what banks and pension funds finance, who sits at the table when decisions are made. That kind of change comes from combining external pressure with the internal courage to speak out – at work, in your network, at the ballot box.
Build power where it is missing. Change power where it already exists. The Academy is live for two audiences ready to do exactly that.
For girls and young people, including school programmes. Interactive sessions helping them understand the climate challenge, find their voice and experience their own capacity to lead change. Explore the programme →
For leaders, organizations and corporates willing to explore – and change – how power works, for the planet. Keynotes, leadership sessions and interactive workshops turning insight into better decisions. Work with Planet // Power →
From ideas to institutional change.
We are developing a new programme for leaders and organizations ready to examine – and change – not only their climate strategy, but the power structures behind it: who makes decisions, which forms of leadership are rewarded, whose perspectives count, and where resources flow.
In the meantime, select advisory and workshop engagements are already available. Get in touch →
"The future depends on what we make of it together."
Every contribution is custom-made: tell us about your school, organization or event,
and we'll build something that fits – together.
A livable future is not a luxury. It is a responsibility – toward children, toward each other, toward the Earth that sustains us.
